Sounder Base
IQ651BH sounder base supports both external and SLC loop powering working modes that can be set with programmer IQ612. IQ651BH sounder base is compatible with IQ651S smoke detector and IQ651H heat detector. When set as horn strobe and assigned unique address in loop, the panel will automatically synchronize the tone of the sounder. An integrated dip switch can select between temporal 3 and continuous tones. When saving SLC address resourcing is desired, and tone synchronization is not required, the address of the sounder base can be set as the same address as the detector it is installed with. In a suite room, it’s often required to trigger multiple sounder bases when a detector alarms. Program the logic in the panel to set up the operation logic. The number of sounders triggered by one detector is not limited in the loop.

TEST & DRAIN VALVES
Test & Drain with an integral sight glass assembly, provides a simplified means for testing of waterflow alarm devices and draining of feed mains. Test and drain valve is a 300 PSI rated single handle ball valve that was specifically designed to provide both the test function and the express drain function required for a wet fire sprinkler system. It include tamper resistant test orifice and sight glass for maximum visibility when operated. Model: FGT1000
UNDERGROUND HYDRANT
Our type 2 underground hydrant is manufactured with a cast iron body and complies with BS 750, BS EN1074-2:2000 and EN 14339:2005 requirements. It is supplied with a 2½" male outlet secured with M12 bolts and is protected by a removable plastic cap. The inlet flange is universally drilled to en1092-2 PN10/16 and BS10 table D/E. The underground hydrant has a blue epoxy resin coating internally and externally and is for cold water use. Fire hydrant standpipes are then screwed onto the outlet of the underground hydrant and a fire hydrant key and bar is used to open the valve to allow water flow.
WATER CURTAIN NOZZLE
Water Curtain Nozzle distributes water in a flat curtain extending all the way to the ground. Water Curtain Nozzle when mounted in pendent position acts as a window spray nozzle to protect interior walls, windows and other opening of the building which are affected by fire. The nozzles when mounted in horizontal position with flow towards ground, a flat water curtain is produced to segregate the area which is under fire. Water Curtain Nozzles are available in Brass and Stainless Steel construction with different flow rate.
WATER MOTOR GONG
FG Sprinkler Alarm is a hydraulically driven mechanical bell. It does sound a continuous alarm when the sprinkler system operates. The impeller and drive shaft are energy efficient, made from light weight non-metallic material and does not require any external lubrication. The gong, protection cover and motor housing are made of corrosion resistant aluminum alloy.
WATERFLOW DETECTOR
FIREGUARD water flow detectors are compatible with schedule 10 through 40 steel pipe, sizes 2 through 8 inch, and can be mounted in a vertical or horizontal position. Fireguard detectors consist of a rugged, NEMA 3-rated enclosure. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, Fireguard detectors operate across a wide temperature range, from 32 to 155 °F. UL-listed models are equipped with tamper-resistant cover screws to prevent unauthorized entry. Inside, two sets of SPDT (Form C) synchronized switches are enclosed in a durable terminal block to assure reliable performance. The Fireguard detectors incorporate a mechanical retard feature, which minimizes the risk of false alarm due to pressure surges or air trapped in the sprinkler system. In addition, the mechanical retard’s unique sealed design is immune to dust and other contaminants. The Fireguard detectors are designed to simplify installation. Two conduit openings permit easy attachment to the local alarm system. The retard mechanism and dual SPDT switches are field-replaceable. The VTWS waterflow detector shall be used in wet pipe fire sprinkler systems only. It shall not be used as sole initiating device in both deluge and preaction systems. Any misuse in either deluge system or preaction systems may result in an unintended discharge caused by a surge, trapped air or a short retard time. Do not use the detector on copper pipe. The clamping forces of the mounting bolts may make the copper pipe deformation and prevent the detector from proper function. Do not install steel or iron pipe sections in copper piping for mounting a waterflow detector. Incompatibility between the dissimilar metals will cause bi-metallic corrosion. Be sure the direction of flow arrow and directional cover point in the correct direction or else water flow will go unreported. See FIGURE 3 and FIGURE 6 in the installation manual.
Emergency Exit Lights
Fire Exit Signs, also known as Fire Escape Route Signs, must be visible even when the power supply fails. Illuminated fire escape route signs and fire exit signs fulfil this requirement. The minimum backup duration of emergency lighting as specified by regulations is generally between 1 and 3 hours.EXit lights comes in various models.Refer the data sheet for more information.
Emergency Lights
Emergency lighting is a very important element of Means of Escape from fire and must be installed in accordance with the British Standard Specification BS 5266 : Part 1 : 1999 - Code of Practice for Emergency Lighting. It is important that it is installed by a trained engineer who is familiar with the British Standard. There are basically two types of emergency lighting systems: Maintained and Non maintained. In maintained systems, individual luminaries each incorporate a battery that is charged from the mains lighting supply. For example, when the mains power is fully restored following an interruption, the luminaries emergency lighting battery is fully recharged from the mains power supply. In a non-maintained system individual luminaries incorporate a power back up supply independent of the mains supply. At present, maintained luminaries are only required in areas where the lighting is dimmed e.g. cinemas and theatres etc.

Smoke Detector - FG-S01
This alarm is a smoke detector of the photo cell principle. This means that the alarm checks the air for smoke resulting from fire. It does not detect heat, gas or fire. If the smoke detector is properly mounted and maintained it will sound an alarm in an early stage. In the event of a fire this can give you those extra seconds needed to vacate your home and call the fire brigade. The alarm is designed to detect smoke. It cannot prevent a fire. Read the instructions through carefully before using the smoke detector.
