FIRE HOSE REEL EN671 APPROVED
Fireguard fire hose reels provide a fast, efficient, and steady flow of water for firefighting, supplied with either a manual or automatic valve depending on the installation environment. Manual reels are recommended for exposed or exterior areas subject to frost, since water isn't present in the hose until the gate valve is opened. Automatic reels stay permanently charged with water, so a quick twist of the nozzle discharges water immediately — saving valuable time in stopping a small fire before it grows. Available in fixed, swinging, recessed, and concealed versions, with automatic or manual valves.

FOAM BLADDER PROPORTION TANK
UL Listed bladder tank foam proportioning system that uses water pressure to automatically inject and proportion foam concentrate into the water supply across a wide range of flow rates and pressures — with no concentrate supply pump required. The internal thermoplastic bladder separates the foam concentrate from the pressurising water, ensuring accurate proportioning as the water pressure forces concentrate through the ratio controller metering orifice.
Available in vertical and horizontal configurations, the carbon steel pressure vessel is designed and constructed in accordance with ASME Code Section VIII for unfired pressure vessels, making it suitable for demanding industrial and petrochemical fire protection applications.
Key Specs:
- Mounting: Vertical or Horizontal
- Rated Pressure: 12 Bar (175 PSI)
- Factory Test Pressure: 18 Bar (262 PSI)
- Vessel Construction: Carbon Steel, ASME Code Section VIII

FOAM CHAMBER
UL Listed air-aspirating foam discharge device designed to protect vertical fixed roof (cone) liquid storage tanks, with or without an internal floating roof, using low expansion foam systems. Classified as a Type II discharge outlet under NFPA 11, the Foam Chamber delivers aspirated foam gently onto the surface of flammable liquids via an integral deflector, which reduces foam velocity and allows it to slide down the tank wall — minimising fuel disturbance and submergence.
Each unit includes a frangible glass vapour seal to prevent tank vapour from entering the foam solution pipe, a field-replaceable orifice plate sized for the required flow, and a stainless steel air inlet screen to exclude birds and insects. The removable inspection cover allows foam sampling and system testing without disturbing the vapour seal or disconnecting the chamber from the tank.
Key Specs:
- Models: FCA (Carbon Steel) | FCA-S (Stainless Steel)
- Inlet Sizes: 65NB, 80NB, 100NB
- Working Pressure: 2.8 to 7 Kg/sq.cm (40 to 100 PSI)

FOAM CONCENTRATE CONTROL VALVE
A hydraulically operated foam concentrate control valve designed for use in bladder tank foam systems or inline balance pressure proportioning systems. The valve opens automatically when water pressure is established at the ratio controller inlet — requiring no electrical power to operate, making it a reliable and fail-safe component in foam suppression systems.
In its normal state the valve remains closed, opening automatically when a minimum water pressure of 3 Kg/sq.cm (42.8 PSI) is reached. A manual override facility is provided for testing and maintenance purposes.
Key Specs:
- Activation Pressure: Min. 3 Kg/sq.cm (42.8 PSI)
- Operating Medium: Water pressure actuated
- Construction: Stainless Steel (valve, pipe, cylinder, hose, and flanges)
- Power Required: None — fully hydraulic operation
Valve Sizing Guide:
| Proportioner Size | Control Valve Size |
|---|---|
| 80NB | 40NB |
| 100NB | 40NB |
| 150NB | 50NB |

FOAM MAKER
UL Listed air-aspirating foam generator designed for the protection of tank seals in vertical liquid storage tanks with internal floating roofs, in accordance with NFPA 11. Classified as a Type II discharge outlet, the Foam Maker delivers low expansion aspirated foam gently into the annular ring seal area between the floating roof rim and the tank shell — minimising foam submergence and surface disturbance.
Operating on a venturi principle, the foam maker draws air into the foam solution stream through a stainless steel screened inlet — preventing ingress from birds and insects — before directing the aerated foam into the foam pourer for controlled application. The field-replaceable orifice allows for easy adjustment if design parameters change.
Key Specs:
- Models: FMA (Carbon Steel) | FMA-S (Stainless Steel)
- Inlet Sizes: 50NB, 65NB
- Working Pressure: 2.8 to 7 Kg/sq.cm (40 to 100 PSI)

Foam-Water Sprinklers must be stored and shipped in original packaging, and should be installed using Teflon tape or soft thread sealant — avoid excessive tightening torque, which may damage the sprinkler arms or deflector and affect spray performance. It is recommended that the system be inspected regularly and flow-tested at least twice a year, or as required by NFPA or the authority having jurisdiction.
FUEL SYSTEM TANK
FIREGUARD single wall or double wall standard construction fire pump fuel system tanks. Tanks and opening are fabricated and tested to the highest standard. Standard NPT fittings and leg brackets configuration as specified. C3 standard painting suitable for residential and commercial environment. High standard C4 painting is optional
GAS DETECTOR
The FG920 is a state-of-the-art stand-alone flammable gas detector built around a renowned Japanese FIGARO semiconductor sensor, offering continuous and precise monitoring of natural gas (methane) and propane. Compliant with EN50194 standards, it is powered directly from mains AC supply — no battery required for circuit control — making it a reliable, low-maintenance solution for residential, commercial, and hospitality applications.
Accurate Detection, Rapid Response A microprocessor-controlled design ensures consistent sensitivity and performance stability throughout the detector's life. The FG920-N detects methane (natural gas) while the FG920-L detects propane, both sounding a loud alarm exceeding 85 dB at 10ft when dangerous gas levels are detected. A test button allows alarm verification at any time.
Networkable for Wider Protection Up to 11 additional FG920 detectors can be interconnected — if any unit detects gas, all interconnected detectors simultaneously switch to alarm mode, providing coordinated building-wide alerting. Selected models include a NO/NC selectable relay output for integration with third-party systems.
