PHOTO ELECTRIC SMOKE & HEAT DETECTOR
Fireguard FG 318 series optical smoke detectors and FG 323 Heat detector are designed to respond to a wide spectrum of fires and ease installation. These detectors are low profile and have dual LED’s for 360° Visual indication. The detectors sensitivity can be programmed through the FACP. PRE ACTION SYSTEM
Pre action System with Electric/ Pneumatic Release is generally used to protect water sensitive areas such as computer rooms, storage areas of valuable articles, to avoid water damage due to damaged sprinklers or damaged sprinkler piping. Preaction System is also effectively used to have Pre-alarm of a possible fire condition and allows time to extinguish fire by hand held fire extinguishing equipment, prior to water discharge through sprinkler heads. It uses an automatic sprinkler with supplemental detection system. In the event when fire cannot be extinguished by hand held fire extinguishing equipment, the increase in temperature will open one or more sprinkler heads to discharge water. Model:

PRESSURE GUAGE
Pressure Gauges are specifically designed for Fire Sprinkler Services. Model FGP-1 has corrosion resistant polished stainless-steel case and Bazel and Brass wetted parts. Model FGP- 2 is having Monel internal and Glycerin filled for sea water application. The dial has pressure reading in KG/SQCM and PSI. The gauge window is hardened glass. The pressure gauge must be mounted by square provided for spanner grip on the socket and not by turning the case. Turning of case will damage the gauge. Use PTFE tape around male threads of the gauge for sealing. Pressure gauge must be mounted in vertical position and isolated with valve or cock. The pressure gauge must be handled with due care. For best results, the storage as well as any further shipment be made in original packing only. The pressure gauge, which is visibly damaged, should not be installed. It is recommended that the pressure gauges must be inspected regularly for possible corrosion or damage. 10 12 200 0 0 The gauge must be periodically calibrated as per requirement of NFPA/TAC or as per local authority having jurisdiction.
BREECHING INLET VALVE
A dry riser is a system of pipe work and valves that runs up through a building. The system allows fire fighters to easily access water from each individual floor of the building. It consists of a vertical pipe with a water inlet on ground level located on an external wall and outlets known as landing valves, which are usually located in a dry riser cabinet on each floor. The dry risers are usually located in the firefighting shaft. The fire fighters fill the dry riser pipe with pressurised water by connecting the fire engine hose to the breeching inlet on the ground floor. They can then connect hoses directly to the lifesaving water supply on the floor nearest to the fire using the outlet valves connected to the dry' riser. Connecting the hoses in this way is a much quicker system for the fire fighters. The hoses they use to connect on each floor are shorter and therefore lighter and there is no requirement to run long heavier hoses up through the whole of the building. Using Dry Risers saves time and ultimately saves lives. Model:

RATIO CONTROLLER
Ratio Controller is used for proportioning the foam concentrate into the water supply with a wide range of flow and pressure. The Ratio Controller is also used with Bladder Proportioning System, Inline Balance Proportioning System and Skid mounted pump balance proportioning system.
Relay Module IQ611MR
The IQ611MR relay module provides two sets of outputs which will be activated simultaneously. When the outputs are activated, the device red LED will indicate the event condition by blinking longer. A return to the normal condition will cause the event to disappear and the device red LED indicator will return to blinking every 4 seconds. The IQ611MR is an intelligent addressable module and takes one address on the Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) or Data Communication Link (DCL) of the fire alarm control panel. It is a UL listed product according to UL864 or Fire Protective Signaling Systems for indoor use and FM.
REMOTE INDICATING LAMP
This unit is designed to ensure that alarm signal can be actually transmitted to all locations in order to prevent any missing signal caused by separated zones. Especially for the closed room, any fire condition happened can be trans mitted to outside for pre-fire alarm notification.
REMOTE LED INDICATOR
The IQ661-RI Remote LED indicator is a component provides visual indication of the device status connected with it. It is compatible with mini Input Module model IQ611MM, it shall be located in the same room as IQ611MM.
RETARD CHAMBER
Due to sprinkler operation, water starts flowing and clapper of Alarm Valve opens, allowing the water flow to Sprinkler Alarm port. The Sprinkler Alarm port is connected to Retarding Chamber through Restriction Nozzle assembly. When the flow through inlet of Restriction Nozzle exceeds the drain nozzle flow, the Retarding Chamber begins to fill and there by flowing to sprinkler alarm and pressure switch to activate the alarm. Use of Retarding Chamber prevents the false alarm in variable pressure system.
RIM SEAL FOAM POURER
The Rim Seal Foam Pourer is an air aspirating foam generator connected to the foam pourer to deliver the aspirated foam gently into the tank seal area. The rim seal foam pourer covers a wide range of foam solution rates from 50 to 550 liters per minute at 2.8 to 7 kg/ sq.cm inlet pressure. Each rim seal foam pourer is supplied with an orifice plate, designed for the required flow at inlet pressure. The orifice is field replaceable in the event of change in design parameters. The foam is produced by introducing air into the foam solution stream. The inlet of foam maker is designed to create venturi jet which draws air into the foam solution stream. The air is drawn into the foam solution through holes located on the foam maker covered with stainless steel screen to exclude nesting birds and insects.
