MEDUIM VELOCITY NOZZLE
FM Approved open-type, non-automatic spray nozzle designed for directional spray application in fixed fire protection systems. Fitted with an external deflector, the nozzle discharges water in a directional cone-shaped pattern of fine droplets, providing uniform cooling coverage over exposed vertical, horizontal, curved, and irregular surfaces. Ideal for deluge water spray systems protecting special hazards, the MV nozzle helps prevent excessive heat absorption and reduces the risk of structural damage or fire spread.

Nozzles must be hand-tightened into fittings and finished with a nozzle wrench (Model NW-M) — excessive torque may damage the nozzle arms or deflector. A main pipeline strainer per NFPA-15 is required for nozzles with K-factor 51 or below, or where system water is likely to contain obstructive materials. It is recommended that the system be inspected regularly and flow-tested at least twice a year, or as required by NFPA/TAC or the authority having jurisdiction.
Mini Input Module IQ611MM
The IQ611MM is a compact addressable mini input module designed to monitor a single dry contact device within a fire alarm system. Built for discreet installation directly into a utility box adjacent to the monitored device, it takes one address on the Signalling Line Circuit (SLC) or Data Communication Link (DCL) — making it ideal for space-constrained installations where a full-size module is impractical.
Configurable Input & Clear Status Indication The input contact type is fully configurable via the FACP attribute interface, allowing the IQ611MM to function as an alarm, supervisory, trouble, or monitor input — adapting to a wide variety of monitored device types. A remote red LED indicator provides clear status feedback, turning on steady to indicate an active event. Alarm events latch until a reset command is received; supervisory and monitor conditions are selectable as latched or non-latched; trouble is non-latched.
The input line is continuously supervised for open line and ground faults, with end-of-line resistor wiring required for full line monitoring.

APPLICATION
The Multiple Control Valve incorporates a thermally actuated release element that detects fire and directs water flow to a selected area or activates sprinkler alarms. Specifically designed to protect high-risk, small areas within buildings where targeted fire suppression is essential.
OPERATION
Water under pressure is maintained at the inlet and up to the seat of the multiple jet control valve. Upon fire detection, the thermal bulb breaks, allowing pressurized water to lift the clapper seat and flow through the outlet. The valve requires a minimum system pressure of 2 bar for proper operation.
