STAINLESS STEEL EYEWASH WALL MOUNTED
Each spray head has an internal flow control and filter to remove impurities. Operated by a push plate, stay-open ball valve. The eyewash is self-draining. Delivered with collecting bowl in powder-coated stainless steel, stainless steel valve and wall bracket in aluminum. The water supply should be designed for a minimal flow of 14 1/min at a pressure of 2,4 bar. Mount the unit approx. 1100 mm from the floor and up to the top of the eye wash spray head.

Free standing safety station with stainless steel pipes, green/white stripe and shower head in powder-coated stainless steel. Stay-open ball valve, operated by a pull handle or a pull rod for crawling person. Eye and facewah 3864-00 with internal flow control and filter in each spray head. The eye/face is self-draining. The water supply should be designed for a minimal flow of 76 l/m at a pressure of 2, 4 bar.

Krusman insulated safety station for outside use. Tubular design of stainless steel pipes. Shower head and eyewash bowl of powder-coated stainless steel 316L. Green and white safety stripes with luminous emergency shower signs. Stay-open ball valve, operated by a push plate and a pull handle. Designed for a class III flow rate (120-170 1/min) at 2.4 bar dynamic water pressure. This system is also available for lower flow rates on request (class I & II). The product is designed to be freeze-resistant and is also available in Explosion-proof design on request. Eyewash with bowl, self-draining (to avoid stagnant water and bacteria growth) and with built-in flow control and filter for each individual spray head.
STAINLESS STEEL SELF-DRAINING EMERGENCU SHOWER WITH EYEWASH
A free-standing, self-draining emergency shower and eye/facewash system for outdoor/indoor use. The safety station is delivered with stainless steel pipes, green/white stripe, spray heads made of polypropylene plastic and shower head in powder-coated stainless steel. Eyewash 3863-00, each individual spray head has built-in flow control and filter. The product is extra suitable in warm climates and prevents hot stagnant water inside the shower. Designed for minimum flow of 76 1/min at 2.4 bar pressure, the water connection area should be modified according to existing climate conditions. The flow rates are guaranteed only when the pressure in the main pipeline is approximately 2.4-6.5 bar.

Emergency shower is operated by a pull handle. Eyewash (optional fitting) is operated by a push plate. The circulation pump inside the chiller allows the water to flow into the chiller aggregate and verifies the incoming water temperature. If the temperature is too high, the water will be chilled according to desired pre-programmed temperature.
