The FIREGUARD FGVI322 is an FM Approved underground-type indicator post designed for reliable valve position monitoring in fire protection systems. Built to AWWA C550 standards with a fusion-bonded coating, it delivers long-term corrosion resistance in demanding underground environments.
Featuring clear “OPEN” and “SHUT” target indicators visible through a stabilized Lexan window, the FGVI322 allows instant valve status confirmation at a glance. Constructed from premium materials including ASTM A536 ductile iron body and AISI 304 stainless steel components, it’s engineered for durability and low maintenance.
With an adjustable standpipe accommodating varying burial depths (0–110″) and a 1″ square stem drive, installation and field adjustment are straightforward — simply trim the standpipe to match your ground line and set the targets to suit your valve size.
