Straight-Through Diaphragm Deluge Valve – Model D1-F, D1-FG & D1-G
The Fireguard Deluge Valve is a hydraulically operated, diaphragm-type deluge valve designed for rapid, reliable water release into deluge, water spray, foam-water, and other special-hazard fire protection systems. Its straight-through flow path and resilient diaphragm sealing arrangement provide reliable sealing under normal standby conditions. On activation, pressure is released from the diaphragm chamber via an electric, pneumatic, or manual release mechanism, allowing the valve to open rapidly and simultaneously trigger a water-flow alarm.
